A Pitcarin man has been found guilty on all charges in a murder trial that stems from a shooting two years ago.
A jury found 21-year-old Daniel Lloyd guilty for shooting and killing 32-year-old Frederick Orr of Ohio in Muddy creek Township.
Orr’s body was found on June 11th on Kelly Road with multiple gun shot wounds.
Following an investigation, police found that Lloyd and 39-year-old Nicole Schwartz picked up Orr from the Butler County Prison the day before.
They said Lloyd hid under a blanket in the back of an SUV driven by Schwartz with Orr in the passenger seat, until the three reached Kelly Road.
Then Lloyd told Orr to get out of the vehicle and shot him multiple times.
