
The Butler Area Public Library will be showcasing a local artist’s work for the rest of June and all of July.
The exhibit is called The Art of Peter Cehily. Cehily is a native of Westmoreland County who paints mainly in abstract and impressionistic style.
This exhibit includes various mediums and styles including mixed media, figurative painting, and drawing. His pieces have been selected and appeared in exhibitions around the region including Ohio and West Virginia.
The exhibit is free to the public and can be found on the second floor showcases and gallery of Butler Area Public Library.
