The Pennsylvania Football Writers have released their All-State Teams this week. Pine-Richland quarterback Cole Spencer has been named the 5A player of the year and his coach Eric Kasperowicz is the 5A coach of the year.
Seneca Valley defensive end Josh Miller was named to the 6A team. Mars running back Teddy Ruffner was named to the 4A All-State team. Armstrong quarterback Cadin Olsen was also named to the 4A team, after becoming just the second sophomore in 40 years to lead the WPIAL regular-season in passing yardage.
Nathan Waltman from Karns City was named to the 2A All-State team at linebacker.
