Butler City Police have filed felony charges against a local man in connection with protests that turned violent on May 31st.
According to police, 20-year-old Jordan Erdos used social media platforms to encourage people to meet at Diamond Park in order to “riot” as well as “loot”, “rob”, and start fires.
The events of May 31st resulted in eight arrests and for his role, Erdos has been charged with felony Criminal Solicitation for Riot as well as misdemeanor Terroristic Threats and Disorderly Conduct.
Erdos was also recently arrested for his violent role in protests that took place in the City of Pittsburgh.
