Quality Life Services has modified the visitation policy at their facilities to help reduce the potential spread of the coronavirus.
Effective immediately visitation is limited to facility employees, contractors, and consultants who are needed to keep operations running and the needs of residents are met. These people will be screened before they are permitted entry.
This means that family and friends are prohibited from visiting any of the 10 Quality Life Services facilities. Facility administrators encourage continued communication with residents by phone, email, text, video chat, and social media. Each Quality Life Service location has an Apple iPad for video chat courtesy of the Don’t Stop Dreamin organization.
Resident group activities inside and outside of the building have been restricted including visits from outside groups temporarily canceled and resident group outings to large crowd areas also canceled.
Additional updates concerning the visitation policy will be posted to the Quality Life Services website.
