A Knoch High School student has been charged with taking a picture of another student in the bathroom.
Caleb Haines, 18, has been charged by State Police for invasion of privacy and disorderly conduct.
A student told police he was seated on the toilet in a private bathroom stall last week when he noticed someone attempting to reach under the stall and take pictures of him with a cell phone camera.
The victim was able to describe who was taking the picture by the suspect’s shoes and pants. Haines was identified and later allegedly admitted to police for taking the photos. Officers say he also showed them other photos he had taken of other male students in the bathroom.
