
Voter turnout was low for the municipal primary.
According to unofficial numbers from the Butler County Bureau of Elections, around 21 percent of voters cast a ballot this spring. That works out to just shy of 30,000 of the 141,000 registered voters.
Results also say that just over 9,000 people voted by mail. Another 20,000 visited their precinct in person.
