A Valencia man is facing charges after he allegedly assaulted and pushed another man down a flight of stairs in a Middlesex Township.
Police were called to the hospital on December 21, after an altercation between two men sent one person to the hospital. The victim told police that 37-year-old Shain Focht beat him with an object and kicked him down a flight of stairs.
The man suffered several injuries including to the face and called the police after seeking medical treatment.
The victim says he needs reconstructive surgery.
Focht has been charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, disorderly conduct, and harassment. He’s awaiting a preliminary hearing.
