An Evans City man is facing charges for allegedly sexually assaulting a minor in Forward Township over a six-year period.
The alleged assaults started when the minor was nine years old and continued until they were 15.
Police charged 53-year-old James Boring Jr. for allegedly sexually assaulting the minor.
Boring allegedly told the minor to not tell anyone about the sexual assault.
Boring has been charged with indecent assault of a person less than 16 and 13, criminal solicitation, indecent exposure, and corruption of minors.
A preliminary hearing date has not been scheduled.
