A Butler man is accused of assaulting a woman and then threatening to kill her at a Butler City home.
On Sunday just after 2 a.m., police were called to a home on the 600 block of Center Avenue for an alleged domestic incident.
Officers on scene knew the home from previous incidents and knocked on the backdoor to speak with a victim, who let the officers into the home where they could see she was bleeding and bruised.
The victim accused 29-year-old Skylar Huskins of assault and that he threatened to kill her with a knife and shard of glass.
Huskins has been charged with aggravated assault, terroristic threats, recklessly endangering another person, and two counts of simple assault.
As of yesterday afternoon Huskins was not in custody but a warrant for his arrest has been issued.
