
State police are providing more information after a man was intentionally hit by a car in a gas station parking lot.
It happened on January 31st at the Sheetz on Route 208 near the Grove City Outlets.
State police say 29-year-old John Archuleta of Mercer got into an argument with 63-year-old Walter Garberry of Volant at the checkout counter.
According to charging documents, Archuleta left the store, got into his car, and then “aggressively drove his vehicle” at Garberry, hitting him on the left side.
Archuleta fled the scene, but police were able to identify using video surveillance. He was taken into custody.
