A man living in McKees Rocks is facing charges for allegedly attempting to have sex with an underage girl in Cranberry Township.
Our news partners at WPXI report that Cranberry Township Police and FBI Special Agents arrested 28-year-old Julio Torres Arriaga in a sting operation on Sunday.
Police say Torres Arriaga spent two weeks communicating online with FBI agents posing as a 13 year old girl which included sending videos of him engaging in sexual acts. He then took a ride-share service to an apartment in Cranberry where he believed he would be meeting the girl for sex.
Torres Arriaga is booked in the Butler County Prison on $100,000 bond.
