A Butler man is facing charges after allegedly choking a woman.
Police say that while driving in a car earlier this month, the victim was arguing with 35-year-old Nathan Cornell about his alleged drug use.
At one point during the argument, Cornell who was driving, took his hands off the wheel and allegedly choked the victim.
The victim then contacted police to come to their home in the 100 block of Rolling Valley Lane. When police arrived on scene they identified red marks in the victim.
Cornell was charged with Strangulation, harassment, and simple assault and is being held in the Butler County Prison on $15,000 bail.
