Butler Township Police were called to Butler Walmart just before 5pm Thursday for a man creating a disturbance.
59-year-old James Barnes of Butler was arrested for public drunkenness and disorderly conduct. During a search police discovered a marijuana and drug paraphernalia on Barnes.
Barnes has been charged with disorderly conduct, possession of drugs, and drug paraphernalia.
