A Butler man is facing charges after getting into a fight in the parking lot of Walmart.
On November 6, 32-year-old David Pintell of Butler allegedly got into a fight in the Butler Walmart parking lot after a road rage incident.
The victim was shoved into another vehicle causing damage onto a vehicle not involved in the dispute.
Pintell was charged with criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, and harassment.
