A Fenelton man has been charged with third degree murder after a woman died from an overdose due to drugs he bought for her.
Police have charged 70-year-old Sloan Hansen with murder of the third degree, aggravated assault, and involuntary manslaughter for the death of 55-year-old-Kimberly Ray.
It’s alleged that Hansen would purchase drugs for Ray because she had not left the house for weeks. Ray allegedly would ingest “15 bags of heroin every four hours” over the previous day and a half.
Hansen is being held in the Butler County Prison on $150,000 cash bond. A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for February 2.
