A Prospect man is facing charges after it’s alleged he left the scene of a vehicle crash in Butler Township.
The accident happened back on March 31st, when Butler Township Police were called to Moraine Point Plaza for crash with one a driver fleeing the scene.
Police say that Robert McLaughlin of Prospect hit a vehicle while turning into Moraine Pointe Plaza. McLaughlin then fled the scene after the crash.
He was charged with hit and run of an occupied vehicle, duty to give information and render aid, and required financial responsibility.
