Police have charged a Cheswick man in a shooting that took placed in Butler City.
A reported date and time have not been provided by charging documents but Butler City Police are accusing 22-year-old Kristian Howard of firing eight shots in the 300 block of West Jefferson Street.
Police allege that Howard was driving on West Jefferson then came out his vehicle and fired multiple shots into a hoodie. Howard then went back into his vehicle and drove off.
Cameras and on scene witnesses were able to identify the vehicle Howard drove. Visuals of the vehicle also show a child was in the vehicle at the time of the shooting.
Howard has been charged with a felony one of endangering the welfare of children and recklessly endangering another person.
