A local man is facing charges after an incident that occurred last month at a Butler Township business.
According to Butler Township Police, 33-year-old Aaron Wiemelt of Butler allegedly punched a man in the side of the head at the Walmart just before noon on May 15th.
Authorities say that the victim, who was knocked to the ground, suffered minor injuries.
Police say that Wiemelt was charged with simple assault, harassment, and trespassing.
