A local man is facing multiple charges following an incident last month.
According to Butler Township Police, officers were dispatched to Butler Commons August 19th for a male lying in the grass.
69-year-old Andrew Buzas of Butler was allegedly looking for marijuana that he had dropped. Police found him to be in possession of other marijuana, crack cocaine, and meth. Police also discovered that Buzas failed to pay for nearly $38 worth of merchandise from Walmart.
Buzas has been charged with Retail Theft, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
