A Butler man accused of stealing a luxury vehicle was taken into custody earlier this week.
On Wednesday, Butler City Police received a report that a stolen Mercedes Benz was located in the parking lot of Butler Beer and Tobacco.
When officers arrived on scene, 45-year-old Ronald Kapsin was seen arguing with a woman. The woman accused Kapsin of stealing $100 and the car keys to the Mercedes from a friend while the two were out for dinner.
Kapsin was charged with Burglary and theft by unlawful taking and is being held on $75,000 bond in the Butler County Prison.
A preliminary hearing has been set for February 9th.
