A man was cited after he drove recklessly in a hospital parking lot.
State police say 24-year-old Devin Crytzer of Kittanning was caught doing donuts and burnouts in the parking lot of Armstrong County Memorial Hospital.
Police were able to identify Crytzer after security provided video evidence that showed the vehicle and license plate.
Crytzer was interviewed and admitted to driving recklessly in the parking lot.
