
One man was flown to a Pittsburgh hospital after a vehicle fire over the weekend.
Crews were called to the Moraine South Shore exit of Route 422 Sunday around 7:30 a.m.
Dispatchers say a utility truck caught on fire and one of the tires exploded, injuring the man’s leg.
He was taken to Butler Memorial Hospital, and then flown to a Pittsburgh trauma center.
The vehicle fire was cleared just after 8 a.m.
