After a bicycle accident in Butler Township Thursday afternoon a man was flown to a Pittsburgh hospital.
Just before 12:30 p.m., crews were called to the 100 block of Malwood drive at Alameda Park for a bicycle accident with a 50-year-old man.
The first report from dispatch said the man was unconscious with a head injury and when crews arrived on scene the man’s helmet had a crack.
He was taken to Butler Memorial Hospital then flow to a Pittsburgh hospital.
His current condition is unknown.
