The man who died in an accident in Penn Township late last week has been identified by the Butler County Coroner.
96-year-old Donald Callen of Penn Township died after a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of Route 8 and Airport Road last Friday.
According to dispatchers, a truck and minivan collided but further details of the accident have not been released to the public.
There have been many serious crashes at that intersection, although there have been recent efforts to make that intersection safer.
