A man was injured after he became trapped under a vehicle Monday afternoon in Oakland Township.
The call came into the Butler County 911 Center at 3 p.m. for a man in his 60s who had been working on a car in the 700 block of Chicora Road when it got knocked into gear and fell on him.
Crews from Oneida Valley and Karns City Area EMS were among those responding to find the man entrapped and air medical transport was put on standby.
First responders were able to get the vehicle off the man with a floor jack and he was aware that he was being moved out from under the vehicle. The air transport was canceled and the man’s condition is unknown at this time.
