One man was injured in an accident Thursday evening in Prospect.
State police say 22 year-old Jacob Rettig of Prospect was driving on Main Street around 7:15 p.m. when he tried to make a left hand turn.
Rettig then went off the road and into a ditch, which caused the vehicle to overturn. His car then rolled back onto its wheels before finally stopping in the front yard of a home in the 500 block of Main Street.
Police say Rettig’s roof had collapsed into the passenger side of the car.
He was taken to a Pittsburgh trauma center to be treated for his injuries.
Correction: A previous edition of this story incorrectly stated he was treated for injuries at the scene but not taken by ambulance.
