A Butler man pled guilty and was sentenced yesterday in connection to multiple crimes, including assaulting a woman.
On Thursday, Damean Felmlee pled guilty to an armed robbery in Brady Township where he and another man tied a woman up and stole thousands from her home on McCommons Lane, pretending to be gun rights advocates.
He also pled guilty to an attempted escape attempt that took place months later.
Finally, Felmlee also pled guilty to a charge of retaliation against a witness while a criminal solicitation charge was dismissed.
Felmlee pled guilting on 6 of 28 charged presented against him.
In total, Felmlee will serve 11 to 24 years in prison with time served. Along with the sentencing Felmlee will also have to pay over $15,000 in fines, fees, and cost of prosecution.
