A Schuylkill County man accused of calling in a bomb threat to a Penn Township business was sentenced late last week.
In April, police charged 65-year-old Scott Luikart for calling in a bomb threat at Budget Blinds on Route 8 in February.
On Thursday, Luikart pled guilty to terroristic threats and was paroled at sentencing after receiving one to 24 months in prison.
Instead Luikart will be on probation for 36 months.
