Police say no one was injured after a man was seen pointing a BB gun rifle out of a Butler City apartment complex.
The incident happened Sunday morning around 9 a.m. in the Terrace Apartments on South Cliff Street.
Butler City Police say that when they arrived, they found that 71-year-old Danny Steffy of Butler had been shooting a BB gun rifle out of a 7th floor apartment window.
There were no injuries and charges against Steffy are currently pending.
