Mars Area High School students will be welcoming a new assistant principal to their school.
At a special meeting Thursday night, the school board approved the hiring of Hope Schreiber as the full-time assistant principal.
Schreiber will receive an annual salary of $95,000.
Schreiber is replacing Doug Skelley who resigned after three years.
