A Butler County man is facing a number of charges after police say he gave drugs to a person from out-of-state that led to his death.
Police began their investigation into a fatal overdose of a 41-year-old man last Friday night in Chippewa Township Beaver County.
Members of the state’s Attorney General office discovered 38-year-old David Shebish of Mars had given heroin laced with fentanyl to the man who was at his father’s viewing Friday afternoon.
Authorities then setup a fake drug deal to meet Shebish in the parking lot of the Cranberry Mall on Saturday evening.
He was arrested after police found seven stamp bags of heroin, which were similar to the ones taken by the out-of-state man.
