Some students in the Mars Area School District have collected money as part of a fundraiser earlier this month.
Mars Area Primary Center students collected over $700 in donations to benefit the school’s Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports program.
Kindergarten and first grade students had a chance to guess the total number of mini ducks in a glass jar.
The PBIS program recognizes and rewards students for acts of kindness and other positive behavior.
