A local state park will again host a popular seasonal festival this weekend.
McConnells Mill will host the 31st annual Heritage Festival- sponsored by the Rotary Club of Portersville-Prospect from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday.
Families will be able to enjoy free tours of the mill, and vendors as well as art and craft demonstrations. A Civil War encampment will offer another unique experience. There will also be live music throughout the day too.
There are no charges for admission or parking at the McConnells Mill Heritage Festival.
