There were 94 new cases of COVID-19 for Butler County Monday.
There were also three deaths according to the Department of Health’s daily report, bringing the total to 95.
That comes after 281 new cases and seven additional deaths for the county over the weekend. And over the last three days there have been 469 negative test results reported for the county by the Department of Health.
As of Monday morning, Butler Memorial Hospital was treating 47 patients for coronavirus, with 12 COVID patients in the ICU. The hospital also reported two deaths to the Department of Health over the last two days.
Clarion Hospital has also reported four additional deaths to the DOH since Friday.
Governor Tom Wolf and Secretary of Health Dr. Rachel Levine will hold a press conference at 2 p.m. today to provide the latest update regarding the coronavirus.
