Another group of Butler County students will be heading back to school today.
It’s the first day of school in the Freeport Area and Moniteau School Districts.
Students residing in Buffalo Township attend Freeport while Moniteau students reside in Clay, Concord, Cherry, Washington, Marion, and Venango Townships.
The Moniteau Marching Band Booster Organization is hosting their annual pie festival at 7 p.m. tonight at Moniteau High School.
