With many local families engaging in egg decoration, an event at Moraine State Park this weekend will focus on natural dyes.
Eggcellent Natural Dyes is planned for Saturday from 10 a.m. to noon at Pavilion 7 McDanel’s Launch Area on the North Shore.
Participants will learn about the history of natural coloring agents and all materials will be provided to try out nature-based techniques.
Pre-registration through the DCNR website is required.
