Residents are invited to visit a local park later this week for a presentation about a particular group of pollinators.
Moraine State Park is presenting “Magical Monarchs” from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at Pavilion #7 McDanel’s Launch Area.
A Park Naturalist will lead a discussion about butterfly life cycles and migration paths as well as threats and how we can help.
The evening will include a closer look at these beautiful visitors along with information about how to attract them to backyard gardens.
