The Slippery Rock School District is moving the principal of Moraine Elementary School to overseeing online learning.
In an email to parents, the district superintendent said Dr. Kristie Shulsky is voluntarily transferring to a new role as principal of online learning.
This move follows Shulsky returning to principal at Moraine after she was fired following an allegation of being under the influence on the job. That firing was overturned by an order from the state education secretary and Shulsky returned to the principal job last year.
She takes over the new role immediately and Slippery Rock administration will oversee the principal duties at Moraine.
