Butler County could soon be adding seven new precincts this year and now election officials are providing more information on where those locations could be.
The additional locations still have to be approved by the Court of Common Pleas, but here were the proposed spots:
- Adams Township 2—Lifepointe Alliance Church
- Adams Township 4—Adams Township Municipal Building
- Adams Township 5—Treesdale Community Center
- Connoquenessing Twp. 2—National Guard
- Cranberry Twp. 7—Church of Jesus Christ of the Latter Day Saints
- Cranberry Twp. West 8—Victory Family Church
- Jackson Twp. 2—Rock Lake Community Center
- Middlesex Twp. 3—Crossway Community Church
The hearing will take place on August 29th. If the precincts are approved, these locations will then be formally approved by the Board of Elections the following day.
