Police have released more information on a crash from late last week from an accident-prone intersection that saw one person injured.
The crash happened just after 6:30 a.m. last Thursday when police were called to Route 8 and Branchton Road for a two-vehicle accident.
Police say the accident happened when a vehicle driven by 48-year-old Jill Diana Schooley of Slippery Rock was at a stop sign. At the same time a vehicle driven by 37-year-old Steven Miller of Slippery Rock was at the opposite stop sign at the same time.
Both vehicles attempted to left at the same time and Schooley struck Miller. Schooley was injured but she was not transported to the hospital.
Both vehicles were going under 10 miles per hour at the time of the crash.
