State police are releasing more information after a man was arrested for robbing and assaulting a man late last week.
Police arrested 31-year-old Dylan Hinchberger of Ellwood City early Friday morning after he allegedly robbed a camp of 42-year-old Cody Roxberry of Hilliards.
Hinchberger and Roxberry were at a home in Harrisville late Thursday night, when Hinchberger got a ride to Roxberry’s camp on Stewart Road. Hinchberger said he wanted to go to the house to take Roxberry’s drugs.
However, when Roxberry arrived around 2:45 a.m. Hinchberger hit him in the head, causing a fractured skull. He then took off in Roxberry’s car before crashing it about five miles from the house.
Hinchberger was eventually taken into custody. Roxberry was initially taken to Grove City Hospital, but then flown to a Pittsburgh trauma center.
