Police have released more information on a crash in Butler Township that happened earlier this week.
On Wednesday shortly before 11 a.m. 25-year-old Earl Widerman was traveling westbound on Route 422. Widerman tried to pass 55-year-old John Porter of Butler, when he lost control of his vehicle and hit Porter’s car.
That led to both cars spinning out on the highway.
Both vehicles were towed from the scene but neither drivers reported injuries in the accident.
