More money is being set aside to help the state in recovery efforts after natural disasters.
An additional $20 million is going to the state’s Emergency Management Agency to bring it to $40 million total.
There is also another $5 million going to the disaster assistance program, which goes directly to low-income homeowners and renters who need help recovering from a weather event.
