Following State Representative Stephenie Scialabba’s announcement that she won’t seek re-election, a number of candidates have now emerged.
We know of three candidates who are running for the Republican nomination in the 12th Legislative District.
- Ethan Nicholas: president of the Pittsburgh Business Exchange
- Scott Timko: Air Force veteran and small business owner. Previously ran for the seat.
- Mark Gartner: teacher and current member of the Seneca Valley School District School Board
The 12th Legislative District covers the southwestern region of Butler County.
