Because of an increase in the number of positive COVID-19 cases in North Carolina – Nascar is moving next month’s All-Star race from Charlotte Motor Speedway to Bristol Motor Speedway. Nascar wants to have fan in attendance for the July 15th event.
Nascar will race at Talladega, Alabama this weekend – with up to 5,000 fans in attendance.
