An agreement will allow a vehicle to be shared by two local fire departments.
Cranberry Township and Harmony Fire District will allow the fire chief to use his township owned vehicle under certain circumstances.
Scott Garing serves as the chief of Cranberry’s Fire and Emergency Services, but also as Harmony’s fire chief on a volunteer basis.
The agreement will allow Garing to use a Ford F-150 before and after his Township duties, and only for official business as the chief of the Harmony District.
