A local man is facing charges after threating a judge and the family of the judge to his lawyer.
After receiving a decision from Butler County Common Pleas Court Judge William Robinson, 40-year-old Jesse Myers from New Castle made concerning comments to his attorney.
Myers is allegedly as quoted as saying such: “I’m going to shoot Judge Robinson’s wife. I’m going to pick people off coming out of the courthouse, I have done these things before. I wonder how Judge Robinson would feel if I kidnap his grandchildren.”
Attorney Sarah Iseman felt compelled to report the comments for concerns over the safety of Judge Robinson and his family.
Myers was in court that day for his ninth custody battle with his child’s mother in 3 years. Myers has been denied custody in the past by utilizing protection from abuse process.
Myers is facing several charges over his alleged comments.
