A new commercial and residential complex could be coming to Cranberry Township.
Last year the board of supervisors gave preliminary approval for the Crescent development located off Coolsprings Drive.
Recent changes to this proposal include an additional 600 square feet of non-residential building area for a total of over 11,000 square feet of a home store, two restaurants, and two optional buildings. The development would also include the construction of a new residential unit type instead of previously approved single-family homes.
A vote on this proposal is expected at the board’s December 7th meeting.
