The Pennsylvania Department of Aging is introducing a grant program to help those with dementia.
The Resilient Environments for Aging and Dementia in Your Communities (READY Communities) grant is part of the Commonwealth’s 10-year plan to increase access to services, safe and accessible transportation, caregiver supports, and age-inclusive housing. The READY Communities grant money will be used to align public and philanthropic resources to support all of its goal’s.
Interested organizations in applying will need to take part in a virtual information session on May 19 and the deadline to apply will be June 12.
